FI Real Estate Management (FI-REM) recently purchased the land adjacent to Ashton Road, Bredbury Park Way.
There is a clear and demonstrable need for good quality modern and flexible employment units in this location. We believe that this site provides a major opportunity to extend the existing Bredbury Park Industrial Estate in a sensitive way, to deliver a large number of new jobs for local people, whilst retaining a significant amount of natural green space along the river valley.
