FI-REM’s team is well aware of previous proposals to develop this site. Our plans are very different, and will use a much smaller area of the site.
APPROACH TO DEFINING EMERGING SCHEME
- Design starts with assessments of landscape, visual impact and ecology
- Deliberate focus on smaller development area, enabling more landscaping
- Deliberate intent to retain a significant amount of land as ecology areas
